Students who are registered with the Office of Accessibility Resources and Services (OARS), and approved for a housing accommodation(s), will be offered a housing assignment from Student Life that addresses the functional limitations of their disability and meets the requirements of their accommodation(s). ![]() Housing accommodations ensure that students with disabilities have equal access to college education and university life. Decisions on housing deposit refunds is made by the Office of Student Accounts. Please be aware that if you request a refund of your housing deposit, refunds will not be processed until after June 1, 2023. Students with outstanding balances on their student accounts will not be able to participate in the housing selection process.į. Please be aware that paying the housing deposit does not guarantee a housing space on High Point University’s campus.Į. ![]() Once their account is paid in full, they will be assigned to an available room.ĭ. If a student’s tuition bill is not paid by the due date, their housing assignment will be removed. Please note the housing deposit only holds a room reservation until the first due date for Fall bills. It will be applied to tuition for the Fall 2023 semester.Ĭ. The housing deposit needs to be paid separately from any tuition payments.
